1.Legal High第一季的收視率確實不算特別出色，但別忘了，Legal High的播出時間是周二晚的九點，這個時間對於電視劇來說，並不是很理想的時間段..如果半澤直樹放到這個時間段來播，可能也難以引發如此大的社會關注和熱議..相對之下，同時間段的劇集對比，Legal High已經很出色了..Legal High的表現形式決定了這不會是一個很扛鼎式的大作，所以也有人認為富士台是故意把Legal High放到這么一個不算熱門的時間段來開疆破土的.無論哪種說法，LH1達成這個成績，已經完全滿足製作方的預期了..
2.收視率雖然一般般，但基本上所有的日媒分析都提到，LH1在播出當時，錄像率是遙遙領先第二名，一直高居榜首的..按日本人的家庭結構和生活節奏，指望大家周二晚上都規規矩矩地坐下來看一小時電視本來就不現實，所以同時段最高的錄像率，也可以證明該劇的受歡迎程度..這個統計數字不看日媒可能比較難注意到，因為吾天朝上國早已不知錄像為何物了..
3.對半澤直樹的巨大成功的預期和對堺雅人形象的充分開發..這個說法比較難驗證，但完全是有可能的..叔的台詞功底和肢體語言表演能力在LH1里就已經得到了充分驗證，加上叔這一年多以來激增的人氣，趁熱打鐵再出一部借借光完全是有可能的..而且這里頭有一個叔的表演的落差，也非常有意思..
4.人氣高漲，續作呼聲極高..在這樣的背景下，製作個續集完全是順水推舟的事..還有一點也非常需要注意的是，LH是沒有原作的，不存在半澤直樹那樣因為電視劇大熱使得原作暢銷進而產生可能分流觀眾的危險..
5.這劇做個續作成本也不高啊..這一點，不用分析了吧，大家看都看出來了..啥？你看不出來？你去數數服部叔總共穿過幾套衣服好嗎？

『伍』 如何評價日劇《Legal High SP2》
可能這是一部最差也最好的一集legal high。
有人說這是向白色巨塔致敬，我想不是，是在向財前五郎致敬。
先說下對legal high的個人傾向，對於簡介中標出的非一般的正義很是贊賞，但第二部明顯較第一部為之粗糙，第二部明顯存在一個表現意圖不明，中途感覺存在一個創作的多指向卻不知所措結果有些倉促與不知所謂。
說回這次的sp2.首先聲明一點，這集關於醫療訴訟肯定是不夠嚴謹的，如果僅從法律或醫學的角度上這堪堪可稱是各種亂入。。
這也是為什麼說這是一部差的sp，節奏感不如之前，對案件的展開不能達到一環扣一環，甚至在邏輯上也有點照搬之前的模式。對於大多隻是legal high的劇迷而言無疑有些失望，沒有突破卻缺乏亮點。但問題在於對於這個sp的期待已經有了一年，在一年的期待之後大家的口味都會高那麼一些。說它最差，只是在劇情與相對上。
分割線——下面才是重點
要說最好，卻大多要從個人角度說起。本科幾年到現在研究生，看了很多的日本作品，電影電視劇書籍。雖然對於大江健三郎川端康成大家的作品看不進去，但相當佩服日本人在文學創作上的真實與激情。而白色巨塔便是我最喜歡的，不管是山崎豐子的作品，還是唐澤壽明江口洋介的影視作品都給我帶來相當的震撼。相信大家看過白色巨塔的人都知道是修二在庭上作證指責財前作為一名外科醫生不應犯下錯誤並導致醫院敗訴。 在看sp的時候，便發現這是一部沿著白色巨塔發展下來的劇情，甚至剛開始的一段古美門醫生來巡檢也頗有夢回的意思。但再往後看，這部劇繼續發展了，將敗訴的結果扭轉，變成最終以醫生的志願是科學的極大發展，死亡是希望論詞將醫院推上了勝訴方的座位。
即是說編劇在這部劇中寫出了自己對於白色巨塔這個醫療事件的看法。我看完白色巨塔的一段時間內心都是很壓抑，卻說不明白壓抑到底在哪兒。對於個人來說我很推崇里見修二，因為無論是人品還是醫術他都是首屈一指的，而且他還有一股正義為人們帶來真實，帶來傳統的公平。但對於財前五郎，我卻恨不起來，愛不起來，因為他做了許多不齒的事情，他將自己獻給了黑暗，但他有他自己的夢想，他並非完全是為了個人才做出這樣那樣的事情。相對於里見來說，他的「德」的的確確是低下的，他有一個賢妻卻還要出軌，甚至對於他的醫療事故他也有出於自己的私心才最終引發。對他的態度應該是中立的，我不知道該怎麼公平地評價這個財前，有一些敬佩還有一些厭惡。而在今天看完sp後，我自己反應過來，原來在厭惡的表面下，自己帶有一種敬畏。我佩服他，並且希望自己能夠在有生之年為這樣的一個人效勞。他有野心一直都知道自己想要的是什麼，他在自己的領域先行者，並且在滿足個人慾望之外，他還有一個想法，想要改革自己身處的醫學行業。他不是里見修二，抱著仁醫的態度做一輩子的實踐，他需要地位與權勢才能去修繕自己理想的上層建築。在一步步達到那個地位的同時，將自己獻給黑暗，卻將自己秉承的信念保護了下來，他甚至邀請在庭上作證的里見去做他帝國的領袖，只是因為他認為里見修二是一個信任的朋友，是一個能夠幫他完成理想的朋友。
世界不是善良者，誠信者的聚居地，世界充斥著滿滿的惡意。如果要做一個選擇，我寧願選擇自己步入黑暗，也不願讓自己的理想被泯滅。我要盡我的全力，甚至不惜以最惡毒的姿態。
開幕時財前拿著手術刀在空中虛無地劃著，像個藝術家在欣賞自己的作品，像是一個宿命。如果能夠，我將這次的sp看做是對財前的致敬，對偏執的致敬，對極端的理想主義致敬。

have to admit, when I first saw the trailers for this movie, I wasn』t impressed. I thought it was possibly going to be the lamest Pixar movie yet. After I saw the film, I realized the trailer did something rare in the world of trailers…it didn』t show the funniest parts of the movie! Most of those funny parts they didn』t show involve Dory. DeGeneres』 character steals the show in every scene, with the best one possibly being her attempt to communicate with a whale. I thought it was odd that they didn』t show any of Dory』s scenes in the trailers, and my only theory is that they think DeGeneres might be too controversial of a personality to advertise her involvement. That is a shame, since she is the highlight of the film.
