我在IMDb中文网上搜《铁汉柔情》只搜出两部，一部是1974年的港片，另一部就是这个美国片了。你看看剧情简介是不是你要找的。
剧情简介：
罗伯特．怀斯导演的西部文艺片。老牌巨星詹姆斯．卡格尼饰演残酷不仁的牧场场主杰洛米．罗多克，他为了保护自己的财产，不惜打死偷牛贼，又让盗马贼赤脚在荒漠上奔跑，把刚从东部来西部讨生活的文员史蒂夫．米勒看得惊心动魄。不久，米勒成为罗多克的助手，逐渐从日常生活中看到了老板也有人性温柔的一面，尤其是他面对情妇乔．卡斯达的时候。后来，米勒爱上了卡斯达，两人决定离开牧场另谋生计，罗多克知道后竟然也和平地让他们离去。影片的前半部表现男主角的个性鲜明有力，但其后转向三角爱情故事发展却变得剧力减弱，结局也未能营造出高潮。不过，优美的摄影和首次进军好莱坞的希腊美女艾琳．派帕斯都有增加了影片的可观性。
